3-D Printing: PPE

About

In order to help TTUHSCEP faculty, students, staff, and resident deal with the current COVID-19 pandemic, the library has been creating some personal protective equipment (PPE) for distribution to personnel working on-campus.
PPE is provided free of charge to TTUHSCEP faculty, students, staff, and residents.
Please see below for more information about the types of PPE available and how to request some.

Types of PPE Available

The library is currently printing headbands for transparent face shields and no-contact door openers. Both are printed using PLA plastic filament. The face shield uses a replaceable plastic transparency sheet. Patrons will need to supply their own elastic or string to secure the shields around their heads.
