Faculty Published Works: Policy

This guide is to display the works published by TTUHSC EP Faculty. With an emphasis on published chapters and books, article links will be provided to recently published works. Faculty's hardcopy works are displayed at the Medical Education Building (MEB

TTUHSC El Paso Faculty Display Policy

The Policy applies to Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso Library Faculty Display Case at the Medical Education Building (MEB).

♦ Purpose:  The TTUHSC El Paso Library will display faculty publications to support it's educational mission.

♦ Content:  Display of faculty publication for TTUHSC Faculty identifies the author and content information of publication.

♦ Display location: Window display case located at the MEB first floor.

♦ Display Request Form: Form must be submitted and completed to TTUHSC El Paso Librarian, Corina Bustillos.

 

Criteria For Faculty Form Submission

 

Criteria for TTUHSC Faculty Publication:

•  Must be a current TTUHSC Faculty

•  Fill out Display Form

•  Submit the Display Form for approval to:

   ♦ Corina.bustillos@ttuhsc.edu

•  Once approved, you will be contacted to bring publication to MEB Library or arrange a pickup date within campus.

•  Publication will be displayed according to form ( six months- 1 year )

•  Once term of display of publication has ended - author can :

   ♦ Option 1 - Pick up item at the MEB Library

   ♦ Option 2 - Donate publication to Library ( acknowledge letter can be issued)
