Archives and Special Collections: Home

The library archives serve as the institutional repository for the Texas Tech  Health  El Paso campus by preserving, maintaining, and making available for researchers, materials such as administrative and faculty records, photographs, publications, and video and audio material.

In order to achieve this, the library archives will:

• Collect records thought to be of permanent value by the Texas Tech University system record retention schedule.

• Collect, organize, and preserve records deemed to be of historic value created by administrators, faculty, students and alumni organizations.

• Support research and teaching by making these collections accessible.
