DynaMed: Home

All TTUHSC El Paso residents, students, faculty and staff have access through the library, please follow these steps in order to create your account.

• Login to a TTUHSC El Paso computer or the HSC-Air wi-fi.
• Go to the library's website, https://elpaso-ttuhsc.libguides.com/home2.
• Click on the "Databases A-Z" button on the left-hand side.
• Find and select "Dynamed" under "Frequently Used Databases".
• Once you are on the Dynamed website, click on "Create Account" (you should see "Your access courtesy of TEXAS TECH UNIVERSITY - HEALTH SCIENCES CENTER LIBRARIES" in the box, if not then reconnect to HSC-Air or use a university computer before retrying.)
• Fill in the online form (you must register using your TTUHSC e-mail) and select "Register".

You can install the DynaMed Mobile app on your smartphone or tablet:

• Search for "DynaMed" in your app store and install the free app.
• Open the DynaMed Mobile App upon completion of initial download and select the size of installation:
  • Full Install (full images downloaded)
  • Partial Install (images available with online access)
  • Online Only (requires internet access)
• Authenticate for access by: logging into through the app with your DynaMed account information or by using the HSC-Air wifi.

The DynaMed app offers:

• Voice Search: Use your voice to conduct a search
• Export to PDF: Share and save article in a convenient format
• CME/CPD/CE and MOC: Earn and claim credit from anywhere (must log in with a DynaMed account.)
• My Topics: Save articles and topics to one place
