PaperCut Printing Account

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CHANGES TO LIBRARY PRINTING ACCOUNTS

  • All money in library PaperCut accounts needs to be spent by June 14th, 2023. 

  • All PaperCut accounts will be zeroed on June 14, 2023. This date will shift to May 31st starting in 2024.

  • Each student will receive an annual $400 allocation in their PaperCut account on June 15, 2023. This date will shift to June 1st starting in 2024.

  • When the $400 in the account is depleted, it is depleted until next June.

  • Effective immediately, money can no longer be added to PaperCut Printing accounts using a credit/debit card.

  • The library no longer accepts online payments.

  • After June 14, 2023, the libraries’ PaperCut software will not be available for use by library patrons who are not students.

  • Faculty, residents, and staff will need to pay for prints using a credit or debit card and will be charged tax.

  • Students may use PaperCut or credit/debit card to pay for color prints, black and white prints, poster prints and tubes, 3D prints, and overdue fines.

  • All other fees and fines must be paid using a credit/debit card.

How to create a PaperCut Account

  1. Go to a TTUHSCEP Library.
  2. Login to a library computer using your eRaider account.
  3. Send something to be printed.
  4. Your account will be automatically created.
