Interlibrary Loan (ILL) and Document Delivery: Distance Learners

ILLiad

Distance students should request library materials through Document Delivery using the online interlibrary loan system, ILLiad. To create an ILLiad account, go to create an Illiad Account, create a username and password, then follow the instructions on the screen. When creating the account, distance students should select "Student - Distance" as their status and give the street address they want to use as their delivery address. Please do not use a PO Box.

Delivery of Library Materials

Books

Items should be requested via Primo, using the Request ILL link and will be mailed to your designated address via FedEx. A return label will be included with your materials. Please keep the packaging that the materials came in for return packaging. If you return the items in different packaging you will need to weigh the items and contact the library so that a new label can be created and sent to you. The contact information is (915) 215-4308 or illep@ttuhsc.edu.

Journal Articles

Journal articles can be requested by submitting a request via ILLiad. Articles are uploaded to your ILLiad account and are available to download for 30 days from the date of upload.
