Interlibrary Loan (ILL) and Document Delivery: Friends of the Library (FOTL)

A Friend of the Library membership is available for Texas residents not affiliated with TTUHSC El Paso that would like access to library services.
The membership fee is for an individual annual membership and it is to be used only by the applicant whose name appears on this form. This membership entitles the applicant to:
  • A TTUHSCEP Libraries library card and physical item borrowing privileges.
  • 2 free regular literature searches and the ability to purchase additional literature searches.
  • 30 free document delivery service requests for materials owned by the TTUHSCEP. Libraries and the ability to purchase additional document deliveries.
  • 100 free copies on the libraries’ copiers.
  • 30 free regular interlibrary loan requests and the ability to purchase additional interlibrary loan requests.
