About Public (Non-TTHEP) Access

The Texas Tech Health El Paso (TTHEP) libraries are not public libraries, although they are open for limited public use. Public patrons are not allowed to borrow library materials unless a "Friends of the Library" annual membership is purchased. Please call us at 915-215-4306 for more information regarding "Friends of the Library" memberships and borrowing privileges.

Public patrons can utilize designated public computers within the library for medical research and educational purposes only. Printing from public computers is subject to standard printing fees.

Library Access for Non-TTHEP Patrons

The libraries are accessible to patrons who are not affiliated with Texas Tech Health El Paso during the following days and times:

Monday - Friday

8:00 AM - 5:00PM

Saturday and Sunday- CLOSED
