The TTUHSC El Paso Libraries of the Health Sciences are not public libraries, although they are open to public use. Public patrons are not allowed to borrow library materials unless a "Friends of the Library" annual membership is purchased. Public patrons can utilize designated public computers within the library for medical research of educational purposes only. Any printing from public computers are subject to proper printing fees.
